Established in 1988, the Christopher Farr brand has been at the forefront of contemporary rug design for over thirty years. Christopher was commissioned to photograph their new 2020 collections. These images were then used throughout the design and development of their new website by renowned London design studio StudioSmall.

Launched during the 2019 Paris Deco Off, the Woven collection used a variety of unorthodox weaving and making techniques which were not found anywhere else in the Christopher Farr collection. Having recced a unique London location the rugs were photographed over a day in a number of different settings throughout the house. Christopher gave a dramatic photographic lighting treatment that highlighted the quality of the yarns.

With the introduction of new typefaces, a new rug search feature and placing the images at the forefront StudioSmall designed a site that gave a clean and contemporary feel.
